The house is situated on a small lake in the quiet area of Port Charlotte.

The living space of about 95 square meters is divided into:

2 Bedrooms

1 Bad

Living-dining area

Kitchen

The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, closet, and separate access to the bathroom.

Bedroom number two has a queen size bed and a closet.

The small bathroom has a walk in shower,

toilet and sink.

In the living room you will find a comfortable couch and an even cozier chairs.

So that you enjoy your 250 programs on the 60 "flat screen TV, or surf in the houses

free Wi-Fi.

And one more Blu-Ray Player.

The dining room is designed in an elegant White and has space for 6 People.

Important naturally in the USA-holidays: The Kitchen!

You finde a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and  arefrigerator with ice maker and various accessories.

In this kitchen you can try a lot of new or cherished dishes.

Pool area:

The pool has the dimensions of approx. 27ft X 14ft, and is at the deepest point approx. 6ft.

The water is solar heated, and the pool is facing south.

So you can enjoy the sun all day, and the temperature should be pleasant.

Because of the cage you are protected from insects, the area also has a dining table for 6 people and a barbecue.

Garage:

In the garage there are washer and dryer, which can also be reached by an access from the house. The garage door is not automatically.

Others:

Children are welcome, but the house is not childproof.

The house has no telephone, but you can use your phone to make phone calls via the Internet.
